Aberdeen Business School

 

The Aberdeen Business School is able to offer a limited number of scholarships to assist exceptionally able students who wish to undertake its MBA programme on a full-time or online basis.

Alba Graduate Business School 

 

We examine scholarships applications on a case-by-case basis, offering a wide range of customised scholarship opportunities. Scholarships are based on merit which includes academic performance in previous studies, professional background, leadership abilities, field of previous studies, GMAT score and other factors. These scholarships are open to all academic programs and could be either full time or part time. You can apply for an ALBA scholarship under the general scholarship/ financial aid scheme or pursue one of the named scholarships depending on the academic program you are interested in, or both.

Ashridge Business School

 

1. Ashridge scholarships

These are offered to self-financed participants on the 1 year Full Time and 2 year Executive MBA programmes and usually up to 25% of the programme fee may be awarded.

The deadline for scholarship applications will be no later than 2 months before the start of the MBA programme. For September 2012 programmes, the deadline for scholarship applications is Friday 20thJuly.

2. Santander Universities scholarships

Santander scholarship awards are available to candidates based in the countries covered by the Santander Universities scheme (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Venezuela, Spain, Portugal, USA, UK, Russia, China and Singapore).

Are you eligible? 

To be eligible for any of the above scholarships you must first:

* Apply, attend an interview and be accepted on one of our MBA programmes

* Be able to state the grounds on which you are applying.

Scholarships are limited and you are therefore encouraged to apply as early as possible.

How do I apply for any of these scholarships?

If your application is successful and Ashridge has offered you a place on its MBA or EMBA programmes, as an Ashridge or Santander Universities scholarship applicant you will then be asked to complete an essay to demonstrate your eligibility for the award. Essays are judged on a competitive basis and awards made to candidates who demonstrate the greatest potential or would benefit most from doing an MBA.

Durham Business School has launched The Alcatel Lucent MBA Scholarship 2011 to mark 25 years of the Durham MBA.

The scholarship is open to applicants to the full-time MBA 2011 intake who are European nationals.

University of Edinburgh Business School

 

The University of Edinburgh Business School offers a range of scholarships for the full-time MBA and MBA in International Business.

Director's Scholarships, each with a value of £4,000, are awarded to students from any country.

Leadership Scholarships are awarded to students from any country. Each scholarship has a value of £10,000.

The Victor H. Loewenstein Scholarship is awarded to a student from outside the UK so as to enhance the international nature of the programme. Each scholarship will be worth £5,000.

The Calum Miller Scholarship is awarded to two students from any country.  Each scholarship will be worth £5,000.

University of Exeter Business School

 

The business school is awarding five 
full-fee scholarships for the 2009/10 academic year to students on our Post-Experience MBA programme.

These scholarships of £17,000 each will be available
for qualifying MBA students starting the Full-Time programme in September 2009. Application by CV and personal statement by end April 2009.

There are also 12 other scholarships worth £5,000 each which will be awarded based on students' previous work experience achievements. Available until end August 2009.

IAE Business School - Universidad Austral

 

IAE offers a scholarship for the one year MBA (full time):
Applicants must:

1. Be Argentine or Latin American nationals. 
2. Be 32 years old or younger at the time they apply for a scholarship. 
3. Be admitted at IAE and recommended by IAE's Admissions Department. 
4. Have a 580-point or higher score at GMAT or IAE's Test and an overall admission interview score of 330 points 
or higher. Both scores must add to 910 points or higher.

IESE Trust Scholarships

The IESE Trust awards 20 to 30 scholarships to students with outstanding academic records, excellent professional experience and personal merit. The scholarships cover 25% or 50% of tuition fees. Please note that living expenses are not covered by any of the scholarships. The Trust Scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the Scholarship Committee
